After my last post, I went on vacation. I spent a week on a Caribbean cruise. I will post about playing Pokemon Go! on a cruise, but after that I'm going to stop posting about Pokemon spawn points. While I was on vacation, the areas where Pokemon spawn changed. Then, a few days after I got back, they changed again. I was in the middle of revisiting all the places I'd posted about (which took days) to see what the changes were when they changed them again, meaning I would have to start over again, which brought me to a conclusion: "It Takes a Village." Only a group of people can keep up with the changes if they are going to be that frequent.
I suggest as places to go:
1) The Cherokee County Pokemon Go Club Facebook Group
2) The Atlanta Pokemon Go subreddit
Regardless, I'll tell what I learned in my revisit of all my locations.
1) Scythers no longer happen at every park with a baseball diamond.
2) You won't find much at Rope Mill anymore, maybe a Graveler, a Pinsir and a Magikarp.
3) You may or may not find a Diglett or two at the park in Town Lake.
4) You'll still find Slowpokes at Total Wine/REI/Target
5) Most importantly, you will still reliably find two Magikarps, two Psyducks or one of each at the end of JJ Biello Park.
